10/18

Teachers in grades 3-8, please make sure you have administered the Panorma or plan to do it this week. If you haven't already completed it please email me by the end of the day Monday with your plan on when you are completing it.

Any last-minute sign-ups for next Thursday's CPR Training? Just let me know!

A note about doors. I think I've made the importance of closing and locking your door for the purposes of building security clear. However, as an added reminder, this week we did have a dysregulated student who was able to access unlocked rooms and he was able to impact students' belongings in the class.

A belated welcome aboard to Jessica Fisk! Jessica started this week in Tiana Carleson's schedule...when she was able to follow it! Please join me in welcoming her out of our sub ranks and onto the full-time team!

Next week we will start our Instructional Leadership Team meetings. Every school in the district has formed these teams to look over data and chart a direction for their school moving forward. We are lucky to have Christina Kristoff spearheading the charge and facilitating this team. Thank you too, to all who applied to serve on the committee. In the name of transparency, I will always share our agendas and notes so you can know what is being discussed.

Next Wednesday is a staff meeting. We will break up into groups. The MS will meet in Amy's room for a presentation from Becki Demarco regarding MyCap. Elementary will meet in the library to discuss PLTW and vertical alignment.

The Week Ahead:

  • Monday (10/21) Day A
