4/12

After the break, we will be calling extended day program kids and parents pick up kids just before the buses. Please hold these groups until then. This should help the build-up in the hallways but also will allow an extended-day program person to be ready to accept those kids and take attendance.

On the Tuesday we return, Author Andrew Hacket will be presenting to elementary students during their specials. This will be hosted in the library.

Faculty council notes are linked here. It would be great if specialists and teachers could have a dialogue about activities before and after MCAS. Everyone sees the students need to get some energy out and run around but we want to make sure we aren't double dipping and making the entire afternoon recess.

For K-6 teachers: We will be having our Annual Trail Day Celebration on Thursday, April 25. Please refer to the schedule to see when your students will be participating. Please plan on heading out to the playground at your scheduled time! The Trail Guides will do the rest and lead groups out on the trails. Remind students to wear shoes and outdoor clothing that is appropriate for the weather that day!
