🖳In case you missed it, teacher evaluation assignments are posted on the Bitmoji. The process is outlined here. Sherry and I will be starting to set up those meetings and will likely even begin observations soon! If you have any questions, please see one of us.
🔑Just a reminder to make sure your classrooms are closed and locked when you leave (even during your prep). We are going to start closing doors when we see them open. Don't be offended - let it be a reminder to wear your keys!
⚽We will have a Hallway Rally for our girls soccer team on Monday at 2:15. This is our first soccer team ever and I want to make a big deal for them! Roger will call everyone out to the hall around that time.
💬We have a staff meeting on Wednesday. Sherry will be working with us on co-teaching! The PTA will be stopping by to share information on the fundraiser coming up.
👉Please make sure your sub binders are updated with current information (class lists, IEPs/504s, allergies, schedules, etc.). Here is the checklist to ensure you have everything you need. Also in the sub binder doc is a sheet to print out for your emergency clipboards. Roger is working on the latest building map (with teacher names), but the old one is linked to the Bitmoji.

💻A communication was sent to families this week about the Panorama Survey. I will let you know if any of your students opt out. Panorama resources for staff can be found here.
😉Parents of TPS Warriors, please remember to have your Warriors hang out with you in your classrooms until 8:15. I know sometimes it is easy to check in with your child's teacher because you are lucky enough to be colleagues, but let us also remember to respect the processes we have in place for our other parents and reach out via email to set up times to check in with reminders or concerns. I want you to know that I struggled with how to word this, but I do think it's an important reminder for all of us.
🎵Next week Roger is a guest DJ for karaoke! It seemed like a fun opportunity for people to get together and be entertained by Roger's DJ talents so I thought I'd share! Details are below!
