🚓Great job with the ALICE drill today. After the announcement and we ventured into the buildling, it was so quiet that I wondered if everyone had heard me!  I was super impressed with the classrooms that baricaded, as well as those who found creative ways out. Let's rememer that it is okay to run. And if you are far from the location of the danger, I'd like to remind you to get out (and I say that with all of the love in my heart).  We'll talk more about all of this - but thanks for the great job! The PD was impressed.

🌞A giant thank you to Rachel for all of the organization and planning for field day. It was a huge success.  While it was hot, everywhere I looked kids were smiling and living their best lives. 

🐟Another huge thank you to the STEAM Committee. What an awesome night!  I loved seeing so many families come out to support TPS and see what their children have been working on! The committee did an amazing job organzing everything from STEAM days, to food trucks, to raffle baskets, to t-shirts and everything else I am forgetting to mention, thank you!!!!

🎨One more thank you to Melissa Finkler for organizing the art show for STEAM night!  I loved seeing the kids share their artwork with their families with pride!  Once again, I recognize the amount of organization and effort that went into it and I appreciate it! Thank you also to the specialists team and Pat Baird who stepped up to help support Melissa. It takes a village!

🫶I have sad news to share. This week Carrie St. Pierre lost her mother in law.  On Thursday Melissa lost her dad.  I know you will join me in extending our most heart-felt sympathies and support to both of them.

🠊We have a staff meeting on Wednesday. Let's all plan to meet in the library. Topics we will cover include: TPS staffing update, the last day of school,  school supplies, end of year procedures, and next year's schedule.

I quite possibly forgot a few things, but my brain has melted.
