Friends of the Libary need you! We are forming a new committee made up of Library Volunteers, PTA representatives, etc to seek additional funding for our library. We are calling the group, Friends of the Library. The FOL is seeking a staff representative as well as an MS student representative. This is a light lift with two meetings scheduled per year. If you are interested or know of an MS student who might be, please reach out. 

Next Wednesday is our staff meeting. It was earmarked for grades to work collaboratively on STEAM night. The special education team will meet with BA. If you don't have anything to do here please reach out to me. Plan to meet on that day at that time and send me notes of the discussion/decisions that are made. 

Looking to next year, I'd love to have a Girls on the Run program in the elementary school. I wanted to throw it out there if anyone was interested in running (pun kind of intended) the program. 

Now that everyone in the elementary levels has the new literacy curriculum materials, we turn our gaze to getting rid of the old. I've asked Matt to place a flatbed cart outside of BethAnne's office. Please use this when you get a chance. If you get the materials onto it, we'll get it to a housing location. Additionally, Christina is looking to collect some resources for a staff resource room. I believe she has already spoken with most of you about this.
