A few notes this week:
We've learned the hard way that we do not want to use Gorilla tape in the building. That stuff is strong! If you need help figuring out what adhesive you can use, please reach out to Matt.
Please look over your evaluations and sign off or let me/BethAnne know if you have anything you'd like to discuss.
If you are adjusting events or adding events, please loop Tracy in so we can maintain everyone on the calendar. Plus, she is the one that takes many of the phone calls.
As we approach the end of the school year, the custodians are gearing up for summer cleaning. The intention is to have the building closed to staff after the last day of school and through the month of July. In preparation, we are giving you notice and asking that you:
- Please empty all bookcases
- Take plants/pets home
- Pack up any and all loose items (I'm thinking top of desks especially)
- Make sure boxes are closed and stackable
- Please start throwing things away now. Saving everything for the last day or the fall leaves us in a situation where the dumpster will likely be full.
- Please make requests for furniture changes now rather than in August to allow the custionds time to locate and store.
- The custodians do have some boxes but we have some moves within the building (if I haven't talked to you, you aren't moving) so you may want to start collecting boxes soon
